GG ending ~ status of TGOL
In response to some comments we've gotten...
As of now, I'm sure everyone is well aware of the fact that GG is ending and for those who know the spoilers, what's coming up as well. We were asked if the fact that the show is ending will impact the writing of the story.
To set everyone who's not quite ready to let go, we are continuing with the story as long as people are willing to read it and we're having fun with it. We've been expecting the show to end for quite some time among other things that may happen, and we've been living in our nice little fantasy world of Rogan happiness for a while. So you all are welcome to join our fantasy world after the show ends (or before, like we've been doing).
To improve your spirits...we'd like to know what you all would like to see on the list Logan was working on of things he wants Rory to do. Based on all the positive feedback we've gotten from it, we're curious about your ideas. Some ideas we have include:

- driving faster than 100 mph
- sending dirty messages while at work
- watching the first season of 24 in one day
So, you see the ideas we've had. Now, we aren't promising all things will happen, but we're interested in extending the list. We think it would be fun to use references from the list throughout the fic, and we need more ideas to make it work. The things don't have to be about sex, it can be something simple you just don't think Rory would do. But, we welcome ideas for sex as well.

The ending of Gilmore Girls is truely sad but I guess it had to end sometime:( Although I really enjoy "The Game of Life" it is my favorite story.Keep up the excellent work and I hope to be reading a chapter soon.

logan sending rory dirty texts (while she's at work) when he's on a business trip is definetely something that would be hilarious. also to maybe have a run-in with a colleague when rory and logan are together (similar to mike in the baby dept) however at a more formal occaison. perhaps at a huntzberger media christmas party or something like that.

this story is very important to me, especially right now. tomorrows gonna be the worst day ever. i think your the only story that has the after college storyline that i truly love. id love to see dirty texts, but i generally love to see rory shy, since its pretty rare in this story. anywho whatever it is you do im sure its going to be amazing :)

Rory having to drink various teas for a day as opposed to coffee might be funny. Camping or something outdoors would probably also be good, as would anything that involved her and the Kama Sutra book. Especially if its a gift from Logan.

I hope you are able to update soon because after the news I got on Thursday and tonights episode I could really use something uplifting to help me get through the week. I love this story and hope to read more very soon. You have no idea how happy it makes me when I cheak my e-mail and I have one telling me that there is a new chapter for this story. I think it would be nice for Rory's co-workers to see her outside of the office doing something like going to the movies or eating dinner or just with Logan sitting undera tree reading a book or something.

i love this fantasy world of rogan. after last night's episode (and since i've read the spoilers last month) i'm going continue to stay in this world. love your story, and really hope you update soon! could really use another dose of rogan...since there won't be anymore from the show. so sad...

i dont want to be repetitive so i ll just say i agree with everything already said above....
on the idea of rory and logan. i really would like to see them interact with her coworkers as a couple.
ps i love the finn storyline... and i have never been all that interested with any other couple besides rory and logan so thats saying a lot.

I would love to see Rory do some more adventrous things..like maybe on their honeymoon the could go Bungee jumping or sky diving or depending where they go..swimming with sharks, also getting her to have sex out side (or at least sexual activity) would be fun, I also like all the things everyone else has mentioned..it's open for so many possibilites. I loove this story and definilty enjoy the fantasy world you have created and like it much better than reality. Thanks for your hard work. On another note...any news on the next chapter...I know I for when could use the up-lift especially after this past tuesday and this coming tuesday! Thanks

I like the idea about rory and logan sending dirty texts at work. It would also be cool to have a group of rorry colleagues out together after work at the same place that Rory, logan, and the group are also hanging out. They would be able to see a different side of Rory and how she is with her friends.

Like the both of you I have been expecting the ending of Gilmore Girls for some time now too... Especially after the spoiler that said Rory and Logan was going to break up... without Logan I'm really not interested in Gilmore Girls anymore but I still love all the Rogan fanfictions. And for some ideas for the 100 list I would love to see Rory learning how to drive Maria or any stick shift car it would be hilarious just watching her attempt. And maybe for sex they can do food sex but you've done that before so... if I come up with something new I'll leave you guys a comment.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this story! And the list for Rory to do...my ideas are probably really dumb but: having only vegetables for a day, not talking for a whole day (this wouldn't be on her work days though) and yeah...I can't think of anything else. Oh, but I like the idea someone else put of drinking tea instead of coffee. Hahah, I imagine Rory would have a mental breakdown and call Lorelai to put Logan in his place when it comes to her coffee. Keep up the wonderfully, amazing work!

great idea--its is always sweet to see to see innocent Rory take the initiative. We saw it in the "get his attention" chapter- would be nice to see it again maybe for the honeymoon :)

yeah, i agree...it would be nice to see rory take more of an initiative, make it about logan for a change - maybe after a long/stressful day at work or birthday/anniverary of some kind - i dunno, it'd be nice for it to be about logan. it shouldn't be always so one-sided.

I think that negates the point of Rory taking control of the situation. Wouldn't you want to see Rory take control because she wants to show Logan that she can be open to new things with his help and not under duress from Logan.

I liked the idea someone said about Rory and Logan dirty text messaging, and then Rory accidentally leaving her phone/Sidekick or whatever she has behind, and one of the gossip queens finding it and reading an eyeful. That would be hilarious!

oh i have an idea what about having lorieli show up at rory's office with steph and everyone and start talking about their love lifes and someone over hear..i know its not a list thing but it would be funny
i also think having a co-worker show up at a party where the couple's at and see shira and rory get into an argument would be funny
as for the list you could have something like rory eating a plate of veggies ,
or have rory and colleagues go on a business trip and logan surprise her and the group at dinner or something

Just so you all know - all of your suggestions for things to do have made it into our every increasing fic file of everything you could imagine. Thank you all for the suggestions. We're not sure how many of them will be used, but all of them are good suggestions.
